Vladimir Konstantinov former wife Irina Konstantinov is a residential realtor at Beachfront Realty Inc. Irina Konstantinov is on her business since March 2018.

She formerly worked as an agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. She holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the Moscow State University of Transport (MIIT).

Former defensive player Vladimir tied the nuptials with Irina in Russia. They moved to Detroit so that the athlete could compete in the National Hockey League games.

The 56-year-old athlete began his journey with the CSKA Moscow of the USSR. He was noticed by a Red Wings scout during the 1987 World Junior Championships.

Vladimir Konstantinov got into a limousine accident and suffered brain damage on 13 June 1997. His left frontal lobe was damaged in the crash.

With therapy and medication, Konstantinov has healed and is now able to talk and walk. However, his life has never been the same since the fateful incident.

The trio were out to celebrate the victory over Stanley Cup. Following the celebration, they hired a driver named Richard Gnida to take them home.

Richard was drunk and he fell asleep at the wheel. As a result, he lost control of the vehicle and hit a tree on Woodward Avenue, Birmingham.

Sergei's playing career ended with an accident since he suffered paralysis from the waist down. Though Fetisov faced lung and chest contusions, he was not severely injured.
