Seattle Kraken Promotional Schedule for the 2023-24 season includes Military Appreciation Night, Lunar New Year Night, Pride Night, Green Night, and more.

Their promotional calendar includes ten special theme nights scheduled to take place throughout the season. It began with the Military Appreciation Night on November 11 when the Kraken took on the Edmonton Oilers.

This season the team has teamed up with local artists to design some pretty awesome jerseys which they will be rolling out as the night approaches.

Specialty Jerseys are still banned by the NHL during warmups but that does not mean they are not good, especially Kraken's Jerseys which has a pretty good sales record.

This will be the third season for the NHL's youngest team currently valued at $1.12 billion which is a 26% increase from last year.

The broadcast of the theme night games that are not set to be telecast nationally will be available on ROOT Sports(on ESPN+/Hulu for out-of-market fans)

Kraken Giveaway Nights

Kraken Giveaway Nights for 2023-24 include Hockey Fights Cancer Beanie, Alex Wennberg Bobblehead, Jaden Schwartz Bobblehead, Kraken Luggage tag, and more.

December giveaway begins with a Starbucks Reusable Red Cup on Sunday, the 10th when they play the Minnesota Wild. The franchise will be giving away an "Alex Wennberg Bobblehead"  to the first 10,000 fans on December 12 when they host the Florida Panthers.

Jaden Schwartz, leads the franchise with 13 points (7 G, & 6 A)  in 14 games played. He is the next Bobblehead giveaway planned by the team's management for January 4 when they take on the Senators.

The Bobblehead giveaway of Schwartz presented by Pitchbook will be received by the first 10,000 fans in attendance. He was drafted by the St. Louis Blues as the 14th overall pick in 2010 and lifted the Stanley Cup with them in 2019

Seattle Kraken Pride Night

Seattle Kraken Pride Night presented by Symetra is scheduled for March 28 when they host the Anaheim Ducks. This will be the third Annual Pride Night hosted by the team.

The Kraken began their Pride Night Celebration in their inaugural season at the Climate Pledge Arena by wearing a special floral warmup jersey. The warmups for the team's first annual pride night celebration was designed by local non-binary artist Glynn Rosenberg.

The team auctioned off the jersey along with the player nameplates and pride tape-wrapped sticks with the proceeds going to the One Roof Foundation(the Kraken's Charity) and the Seattle Pride Hockey Association.

For their second annual pride night celebration they had specialty warmups as well, designed by local artist Simson Chantha. The jerseys were auctioned off and part of the net profits went to the GSBA(Washington State's LGBTQ+ and allied chamber of commerce).

Last Season's Pride Night celebration on March 13, 2023, when they played the Dallas Stars had the Seattle Men's Chorus sing the National Anthem before the game. During the first intermission members of the Seattle Pride Hockey Association participated in a shooting challenge.

The team will not be able to carry on their annual tradition of donning specialty warmups on Pride Night for the third season as they were banned by the NHL  around June this year. The Specialty Jersey ban of the NHL includes other theme nights in addition to Pride Nights.

Fear not Kraken fans the jerseys are only banned to be worn by players during warmups and the team will be rolling out Pride Night and other specialty sweaters as the theme nights approach. They have already commissioned several local artists to design the Sweaters.

This season the Jerseys will be signed by players and auctioned off to support the One Roof Foundation. The merch carrying pride nights and other theme nights will be available around one week before each game date which means you can show your support for the LGBTQ+ community by wearing the Pride-themed Jerseys on game day.

Kraken Fan Appreciation Night

Kraken Fan Appreciation Night of the Seattle Kraken is scheduled for April 11, 2024, when they take on the San Jose Sharks.

The giveaway for the Fan Appreciation Night presented by Amazon and other exciting events planned by the team has yet to be announced. Last season they gave a reusable tote bag to all the fans.

Fan Appreciation is a way for teams to celebrate the fans for supporting them throughout the season and over the years. The fans of the Seattle Kraken are essential for a young team in their third season competing against teams that have decades of history.

The Krakens hosted the Sharks for their first Fan Appreciation Night winning the game 3-0 with a shutout posted by Chris Driedger.

If the beginning of the Sharks' season is any indication Kraken fans can expect to see a multiple-goal win over the Sharks but with their recent win over the Oilers, they may be gearing up for a comeback.

The results may be unsure but what we are sure of is that it will be an exciting night of Hockey at the Climate Pledge Arnea.

Fans received the jerseys off the backs of players in celebration. Last season they carried on this tradition and will most likely continue this season as well.

If you want your shot at getting the game-worn jersey we recommend getting the game tickets and staying up-to-date on their social media.
