Nashville Predators assistant coaches are Todd Richards, Dan Hinote, and Derek MacKenzie. Ben Vanderklok serves as the goaltending coach.

The coaching panel is led by Andrew Brunette. He took over John Hynes in May 2023 and became only the fourth coach in the Predators' history.

The 2022-23 season was not fruitful for Nashville Predators as they missed the playoffs for the first time since the 2013–14 season. They posted a meager 42-32-8 record and finished in the Central Division.

Following a disappointing season, John Hynes was fired from the position by the Preds management, which he had held from 2020 to 2023.

"I am super excited to be back in Nashville and a part of the Predators organization," said Andrew. "I feel like this is coming full circle for my career - from pulling on the jersey for the first time 25 years ago to returning now to take care of some unfinished business."

Brunette has experience working as an assistant coach for the Panthers in the previous two seasons and reached the postseason both times.

He was stuck with the Minnesota Wild organization for seven seasons prior to his journey with the Panthers. He occupied different roles and qualified for the playoffs on six occasions.

During his 16-season NHL career, Brunette appeared in 1,110 games. The forward played for Washington Capitals, Nashville Predators, Atlanta Thrashers, Minnesota Wild, Colorado Avalanche, and Chicago Blackhawks, accumulating 733 points.
