Heritage Bank Center Bag Policy

Heritage Bank Center bag policy allows clear bags that do not exceed 12" x 12" x 6". Backpacks and luggage are not allowed in the arena.

Meanwhile, small clutches are allowed in the indoor arena. Bag searches and security checks take place for all guests before entering the venue.

Certain items are restricted inside the arena. A guest shall be ejected from the venue if he or she is found with such items inside the venue. The banned items found with the guest will be confiscated and turned over to the police.

Visitors are expected to be respectful to all other guests, participants, fans, entertainers, athletes, event officials, venue staff, and venue property.

Cincinnati Cyclones Arena

Heritage Bank Center is the home arena of the ECHL team Cincinnati Cyclones. They are the minor league affiliate of the New York Rangers.

For most sporting events and family shows, the arena door will open 60 minutes prior to the event. This time is 90 minutes for the concerts.

Please note that the facility has a NO RE-ENTRY policy during events. You cannot re-enter the venue once you exit from an event.

Heritage Bank Center Rules

Security personnel conducts a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and bag inspection for all the guests entering the Cyclones arena.

The inspection is purposed to detect prohibited items for the safety of their guests and staff. The bag policies of the venue are listed below:

  • The guests are not allowed to enter the arena with baggage such as backpacks and luggage.
  • Clear bags that don't exceed 12"x12"x6" in size are allowed.
  • You can enter the arena with the clutches but the size shouldn't exceed 1"x6"x4".
  • Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed, however, such bags are subject to inspection during the entrance.

Prohibited Items

Guests possessing prohibited items are restricted to enter the arena for safety reasons. If any prohibited item is detected with the guest inside the venue, the guest shall be ejected from the venue and the item will be confiscated.

The following list of items are prohibited inside the facility:

  • Aerosol cans of any product
  • Alcohol
  • Animals/pets (service animals are allowed)
  • Audio/video recording equipment
  • Balloons, beach balls, or similar inflatable items
  • Cans, bottles, glasses, or other beverage containers
  • Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
  • Coolers or ice chests
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal drugs
  • Knives
  • Backpacks/bags
  • Laser pens and pointers
  • Monopods
  • Noisemaking devices (such as whistles and air horns)
  • Outside food, beverage, bottled water, etc.
  • Professional photography equipment, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks
  • Poles or sticks to display flags, banners, etc. (except at Cyclones games)
  • Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc.
  • Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
  • Any kind of weapons
  • The management can add any other items to the list at its sole discretion that is deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue.

Heritage Bank Center Seating Chart

Heritage Bank Center capacity is 17,556 people. The indoor arena is located in downtown Cincinnati, next to the Great American Ball Park.

Two parking options are available at the venue. The first option is East Garage, 443 E Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202. All pre-paid parking pass holders should park their vehicles here.

The second parking option is Central Riverfront Garage, 149 Broadway Cincinnati, OH 45202. The arena has assigned seating for all events. The ushers available there will help you to find your seating location.

You will find the main entrance of the arena on the West side of the building facing Great American Ballpark, next to the box office. The venue can also be entered on the East side of the building facing the East Garage.

Best Seats Available at Heritage Bank Center

For concerts, an end-stage setup with the stage located near sections Section 117, Section 118, and Section 119 is the common seating layout.

On the floor - You can enjoy some of the closest views of the performers from Sections Floor 1, Floor 2, Floor 3, and Floor 4 are Floor Seats. Floor sections may be added or removed for many concerts.

To the Side of the Stage - Consider seats to the side of the stage in Section 112, Section 114, and Section 126 for a close view of the stage with a little bit of elevation. These are some of the best seats on the 100 level.

Best Seats on the 200 Level - Sections 211, 212, 230, and 231 offer the best angle for ice hockey games. You can enjoy a good sightline without sacrificing distance in these seats.

Heritage Bank Center Events

Disney on Ice Heritage Bank Center event took place from March 9-12, 2023. Frozen & Encanto was the first Disney event shown at the venue.

The 2022 Academy Award winner adventure features Anna, Elsa, Mirabel, and the Madrigal family live. The fan favorites Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, Goofy, and many more are also featured in the show.

Likewise, the upcoming Moneybagg Yo concert at the Heritage Bank Center is scheduled for August 18, 2023. The rapper Finesse2Tymes, YTB Fatt, & Big Boogie will also be performing along with Moneybagg.

The doors will open at 5 pm for the concert and the event will start at 7 pm. The tickets are available at TicketMaster, VividSeats, and SeatGeek.
