Blackhawks Heritage Night Events for 2023 are Hispanic Heritage Nighton October 3, and Native American Heritage Nighton November 5.
Chicago hosted the Detroit Red Wings at the United Center for a preseason match whilst celebrating the Hispanic Heritage. The home fans totally enjoyed the event since the Blackhawks registered a fantastic victory over the Wings.

The first heritage night event of the Hawks has been completed. It was also a part of the preseason games between the Hawks and Red Wings.
Connor Bedard recorded his first goal with the Blackhawks in the 4-2 victory over the Wings. With only 1:09 remaining, Bedard scored an empty net goal.
Corey Perry scored two goals for the Hawks. Connor Murphy also added a goal. The goaltender Petr Mrazek stopped 17 shots to upset the Wings and also recorded an assist on Bedard’s goal.
For the Wings, Joe Veleno scored two goals, and no other player added scores for the team. The Red Wings goalie Ville Husso saved 13 of 14 shots and was replaced by Michael Hutchinson midway through the second period. Hutchinson recorded 17 saves.

Red Carpet Event
The Blackhawks have been hosting a special Red Carpet event since 2019 to celebrate the team's home opener at the United Center.
It is an exclusive opportunity for Chicago fans to watch the Blackhawks' arrival for the game. This year, the team will battle against the Vegas Golden Knights during the event.
The Blackhawks franchise encourages their fans to reach the venue early to secure their for securing their viewing spot along the red carpet.

Chicago Blackhawks is all set to retire Chelios's #7 jersey on February 25, 2024. Chelios played 9 seasons with the Blackhawks from 1990-1999.
Chelios captained the Hawks from 1995-99. The 2013 Hockey Hall of Famer will be the 9th player in the Blackhawks' history to get the honor.
