Anaheim Ducks training camp roster for 2023-24 includes Mason McTavish, Trevor Zegras, Leo Carlsson, Cam Flower, John Gibson, and more.

The Ducks are all set to begin their practice sessions ahead of the preseason games, with an inclusive roster of emerging and experienced players.

The training camp provides the players with a great opportunity to develop their skills, create team bonding, and prepare before the new season.

During the training session, players are split into two teams where they play against each other, which is also a great spectacle for the audience.

The Ducks were originally founded in 1993 as the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and were renamed before the 2006-07 season. Anaheim won its one and only Stanley Cup in 2007.

Anaheim Ducks Captain 2023-24

The Ducks have not designated any captain since the franchise's longtime captain Ryan Getzlaf retired at the end of the 2021-22 season.

Getzlaf spent the whole of his NHL career with the Ducks. The Canadian center was selected as the team captain ahead of the 2010-11 season.

Furthermore, Ryan also stands as the franchise's all-time leading scorer. Getzlaf clinched the Stanley Cup championship with the Ducks in 2007.

Playing their first season without a captain in the franchise history in 2022-23, Anaheim advanced to the playoffs for the first time since 2018.

Cam Fowler, Adam Henrique, and Jakob Silfverberg are the Anaheim Ducks assistant captains. Silfverberg was named the alternate captain in the 2019-20 season, while Fowler and Henrique were elected in 2022-23.

Fowler's career in the National Hockey League began with the Ducks in 2010-11. Cam was selected to his first NHL All-Star Game in 2017.

Starting his journey in the NHL with the New Jersey Devils in 2011-12, Henrique was traded to the Ducks during the 2017-18 season. He completed the 2022-23 regular season with 22 goals and 16 assists for the Ducks.

Silfverberg was playing for the Ottawa Senators before he started his journey with Anaheim in 2013. He was named for his first NHL All-Star Game in 2020. The winger concluded the NHL 2022-23 regular season with a record of 26 points.
